This Delpozo dress looks more like something Maxima or Mathilde would wear (especially that huge twirl thing on the shoulder), but I'm happy for Letizia to go out her comfort zone (and I don't mean the party dress style).

Everything about this is perfect! Letizia always looks lovely in deeper jewel tones. I love her in this color especially.

It is a nice dress, but it doesn't suit Letizia at all, it looks strange on her petite frame and I agree that it is something which Maxima could wear well. And in some photos the fit of the dress doesn't look good at all.

While it is more something expect from Max, it suits Letizia beautifully. A glamorous and different look for her.

Usually the huge rose may turn me off, but the neutral color, and the understated styling, the rose is a beautiful touch

Her styling is on point as usual

Another good option besides her usual minimalist/over-business style, still gorgeous.

Letizia looks gorgeous. Great dress, hair and makeup.
Those folds/pleats around the waist would make most women look bulky and wide but someone of Letizia's build carries it off perfectly, so this style suits her slender frame superbly.

Yes its a Maxima dress, I think because the rest is simple and the colour is not bold it works, def points for trying something new! Not liking the hairstyle, the middle parting looks messy.

Letizia looks amazing! The dress is definitely a Maxima dress but Letizia pulled it off very well

This year she is killing it fashionwise, totally in love with her wardrobe.

I love the dress, and I think her hair and make-up look amazing. But I think the dress looks too big for her in the mid-section, I guess because of the 2 pleats (darts?) at the waist It looks very nice on her, but with better tailoring it would look even better.

That gorgeous tiara would have deserved a much better dress. These cut-outs are so unattractive, and the dress has too much pearls. A more simple dress which would have let the tiara shine, would have been much better.

Normally Letizia excels at Gala Dinners but this gown is a big let down ,her hair and jewels are fabulous

Totally agree with you AAR, that is such a cheap looking gown, just horrible on her. The tiara is lost on her with this gown, something simply and chic would of been much better....

The tiara and earrings are amazing but the dress is a disappointment.

this dress of letizia doesn't work much for me. i find the slit on the skirt a bit much for the queen and i actively dislike those slits on the armpits - how unflattering. i also find that tiara doesn't suit letizia much - i can see how it took her all these years to use it. who knows, maybe this is a statement by letizia following the issue with queen sofia in palma - that tiara was used a lot by sofia, and by letizia using it maybe it is a nod to the fact they actually get along (the media who don't know that it is part of the joyas de pasar at letizia's disposal can say that 'sofia lent it to her').

the only thing i like in the dress is the use of pearls sewn on the actual dress, it looks very innovative.
