I agree with both you, Opal and Maria-Olivia; although frail in her health, her colour choices - this electric blue outfit in particular, as well as some violet outfits she wore in the last months - show the great energy and strenght of this really "fabiolous" woman.

I agree with all the enthusiastic comments on the Queen looks and energy: just so bad that she was left on the wheelchair for what seems to be the official pic near the christmas tree, since she appears to be able to walk a little bit as this pic shows Belgian Royal Family Christmas Concert and Reception - Pictures - Zimbio
