That dress are in wonderful color. Idea is lovely. But I dont like her black purse and black shoes. it wants something more original.

as far as I know, pashmina is a mixture of cashmere and silk in a special relation. I don't know the exact relation, I think I've heard it was 60/40 or 70/30(probably more cashmere). I've got an "original" pashmina with 90/10 but considering the price it can't be original.

I believe it was a red gown and white gown in the picture it might have been from Point Devue?. I can't find the article with the pic in it maybe someone can locate and post it?:)

I was on the BCBG Maxazria site and came across the dress! I was like "hmm...that dress looks familiar" .

http://www.bcbg.com/spring2006/index.htm
(It's part of their ready-wear collection)

I think the model wore the dress better because her hair is swept up. I think a halter top is much sexier when a bit of the back and shoulders are exposed.

Here's the post Amy!

I think the blue dress is gorgeous! It looks great on her. IMO, the black shoes and bag balanced out the vibrant blue color of the dress.

I don't if anyone has mentioned this before. But http://www.rexfeatures.com/ (sorry I don't have an account) has more pictures of Kate in the pretty green dress. It also has pictures of the shops Kate visited that day... including tm lewin (shirtmakers), blue velvet (vintage clothes), lk bennett, peter jones, richard ward (hairdresses) and the various cafes she goes to.

it's funny that people refer to "kate's designers". i don't think anyone is designing for her(correct me i'm wrong) unless it's someone completely unknown but i think it's safer to say that she's buying her clothes off the rack. however, she does have amazing style.

Yeah, that's it. thanks. It's Item #LPE63536. $358. I like the dress and it's a very good price, though I wonder if it wouldn't look better in red?!

Default where Kate shops

Some of this is already well-known, but in any case, I thought I would post it for those who might not know some or any of it.... Well, rex features says that Katie shops at the Patrick Mavros boutique in Fulham Road, and Kensington High Street's Topshop and Miss Sixty, and Blue Velvet for shoes (also in Kensington High Street); Peter Jones in Sloane Square; TM Lewin in King's Road (a men's shop? where she buys things for the males in her life, I guess); and LK Bennett, also in King's Road. And she buys sports wear at the King's Road Sporting Club.

Not really related to fashion: Rex also says she like the Montparnasse Cafe and also a Starbucks in King's Road, and the Bluebird Cafe and Restaurant.

I originally thought that Kate's white dress was another one from BCBG Max Azria because the bottom of both dresses had the same kind of design but they're not the same dress. Does anybody know the designer of the white dress?

a new outfit for Kate, I haven't seen this top before, it's a little dowdy to me but she looks nice overall. White pants look good on her for some reason, maybe it's because she's skinny.

I love that blue dress from BCBG that she wore. That color looks phenomenal on her, and it fit her to a T.
