Me too, at the beginning I wasn't a fan but now I love it. She wore Saab again and I'm very happy. Color is great, it's sparkling but hey, it's Nobel ceremony, it should make WOW. She's pregnant, possible tired so I give her more credit (no tents). Nothing can chase last year outfit (I just loved it) but in evening department Victoria rarely disappoints.

Victoria looks very pretty, best look for a long time. However, I am no fan of the dress, it gives me a strong 80s Dallas Dynasty vibe. Sequin is ok but all over is too much for me.

i always loved glitter and sparkly dresses and this one is no exception.
as i said before, Victoria dresses amazingly for gala/awards events (the contrary of her basis life).
she really was THE "queen" of the Nobel gala! i knew i would be happy about her choice^^

:previous:I would agree, if only she could bring some of that style into her day dressing. She really looked lovely.

Its a dress that not many women will wear when pregnant, Victoria pulls it off very well.

I thought that Victoria looked amazing. Even though I am not a admire of the complete sequined look, this gown is the exception. The color and cut of the gown on Victoria was outstanding!!! Victoria was quite beautiful for this gala!

I think she looks great. The dress looks great on her now when she is pregnant, but if she wasn´t, the fabric would look awful. Somehow the fabric suits to a maternity dress.
And she is wearing her favourite tiara and those fabulous earrings she had on her pre-wedding dinner and concert.

My my Victoria looks like she's wearing an expensive tea cloth, whereas last nights dress looked marginally like she had a figure remaining this just hides a rather lovely pregnancy.

Victoria really does look fresh and beautiful. I can't figure if the dress is floral or has a lace overlay, but it suits her and flows around her so gracefully; I really like the train effect in the back, and her sash even coordinates well. It can't compare to the regal blue gown worn to the ceremony, but I find this charming for the occasion. And she's wearing gorgeous earrings and the impressive Baden Fringe tiara.

That's a lovely front view of the gown; even the princes' sashes coordinate well with it. A nice photo.

She looks like she raided an old woman's closet!

I'm not feeling the second dress.

I am! It makes her look beautiful, feminine and a little delicate ,whereas the blue made her look regal. Both looks are perfect for the occasion.

I look forward to Victoria's gala look because she so rarely disappoints and this year, considering the calibre of her day wear, I was ready to be disappointed. But, as per "Nobel", she pulled out all the stops and hit us with a double whammy, which would be fabulous any year but this year, being pregnant, is absolutely outstanding

Totally agree with you! I liked yesterday's dress much better, this really looks like something an old lady would wear. Very tent-ish again.

She added diamonds to the tiara. It helps hide the base of the tiara and I think makes it look much nicer.
I am pretty sure that the Karl Johan tiara is the same as it always has been. Care to step over to Victoria's Jewellery thread to discuss it further?

:previous: It is a beautiful dress and a terrific photo. She looks wonderful and I just hope the rest of her maternity fashion gets the same sort of boost.

I actually like this dress more than the one she wore at the ceremony.

I like them both equally because they are both so different. The blue suited the Gala setting of the Nobel Ceremony, the pale blue? was perfect for a banquet.

I have to admit, I love that we get two new looks for one occasion, so to speak. It's like a feast after a famine!

Victoria so excels in her evening look that I hope she incorporates some of this glamor in her daytime wear.

So Do I. It needn't be glamorous, just more of an effort and to pay attention to the little details such as hemlines and the awful tent looks...

i like this one too^^ but the blue dress is my favourite!!!

on her daytime wear, i hope that her next pregnancy will expand summer time, because if so, shell wear more colorful and beautiful diferent dresses, like the one she wore when she had her first official act since annoucing pregnancy.

i would love to have those tents of her and burn them all, they are awful no matter if you're pregnant or not.

So true, that second or third look in the mirror might avoid more of the daytime fashion faux pas. Doesn't she have a stylist or someone to help her with her wardrobe?

About Victoria´s two Nobel looks:
On Saturday she looked so regal, every inch a future queen. Very grand and festive.
On Sunday she looked so feminine, tender, warm and every inch a future mother.
I love both looks and the sides of Victoria they bring up of her.

Princess Victoria's Nobel ceremony dress is gorgeous.
However, I don't like the gala dinner dress at all.
For me it's too pale color and too loose for her, especially top part.

I prefer this dress to the ceremony dress and its one of the few occasions where I think that this specific tiara looks good, on many occasions, especially with wrap dresses, Victoria looks like the Statue of Liberty with this tiara.

Like most posters, I prefer the navy sequin evening gown, the neckline, however seemed a little strange to me. Loved how well the sapphire jewelry matched so perfectly to the dress. The dinner gown was a "miss" for me; top looked like a moo-moo, with too much fabric around the torso. On a side note, loved the way Prince Daniel adoringly looks as his glowing bride. Such Joy!
