Not my personal favourite but I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that Victoria could make a sack look good by sheer dint of her personality!

The fabric is okay but oh, wow, this dress makes her hips look huge!
And there are more elegant ways to wear a shawl than this.
I wish she'd give a rest to H&M. She's been given them already lots of walking advertisement, so enough is enough! There are lots of brands out there who know how to make clothes that will best flatter your body type!

Love the top, the color and print of the skirt and her necklace....not a fan of the style/design of skirt or those earrings...the hair as usual, so tired of it like that.

Dear Lord there's too much going on ,necklace and earrings are totally mismatched and the top/skirt don't do any great favours either.

Looks like Big Bird's ostrich cousin to me - not a huge fan. Victoria usually wears such nice outfits so I'm quite disappointed by this one. She was probably having a "bad fashion" day.

Darn what a mess this outfit is, to much going on in too many directions. There is nothing about this outfit that I like, not even the jewelry, a miss all around.

I like the outfit (sans the coat), but I do not like the accessories with it. It's all so mis-matched.

The coat is the evil cousin of Maxima's muppet coat. Horrible

The skirt is not flattering at all. The necklace is busy. Earrings are nice but don't go. This is a total miss for me.

I don't like the skirt, but otherwise it is a nice outfit. I like the necklace, and that she is recycling her Filippa K faux fur coat.
The top and skirt are from one of Victoria's favourites, Baum und Pferdgarten.

I'm wondering would the skirt look good on anyone, it's so stiff and wide. Combined with the loose, hip long fur coat the result is very sloppy. A more fitting coat, or better yet, another skirt would improve the look a lot. The earrings don't match at all with the necklace. The blouse and the shoes are fine. She can do so much better than this!

I quite liked the top till I followed the links LadyFinn posted and saw those frill cuffs...sorry but this kind of multicolored frills look bizzare on a woman of 40. Besides this lurex blouse was thin, turned into see-through under the camera flashes (you could see her bra on some photos, must say this kind of flop was quite surprising). Her skirt's material look too stiff, freely falling folds/material create more flattering silhouette.

I love the skirt but whatever is worn with it here is all wrong. The blouse is horribly shiny and transparent. Faux fur jacket, Madeleine should take note!

Very simple, soft, feminine and elegant! The colour looks very good on Victoria. As soon I saw her, I was thinking, that Victoria had shown the Aquamarine Kokoshnik Tiara to the designer, and she designed the neckline like this, so that there would not be a place to a necklace to steal the attention from this gorgeous tiara. The whole look is superb, I would not change anything in it.

Victoria looks great! I love the soft and voluminous hem, and the flattering waistline. The colour is wonderful, she looks so fresh and young. If only there wasn't that hidious clown collar, which looks good only on models who have long and slender necks. The tiara looks fine on her. Overall, even with the collar, one her her best looks!

That neck! What an awfully ugly neck!
