Lack of underwear malfunction....

I think Beatrice has not reconciled herself with the new reality of post-baby body yet. She might have been ....perky..enough to roll like that a few years or so ago but not anymore!

Not up to her usual elegant standards.

Your definition of tacky is, in my opinion, severely lacking. If a woman without a bra looks tacky these days, I don't know what to say.
