Photographer Olivier Polet has made a photo book about King Albert, who celebrates the 20th aniversary of his reign next year.

The Conseil de déontologie journalistique says that the author Frederic Deborsu fell short in his book 'Koningskwesties'. They blame him for:

- using insinuations
- not respecting off the record remarks
- breach of privacy

The palace says that it is happy with the ruling.
