I actually think she doesn't look so great. Perhaps it is the monochromatic outfit, the large necklace, and her hair in her face that makes her look a bit disheveled in my opinion.

She wears great bags during her pregnancy, is it camouflage or does she have more things to wear? Not really elegant.
The suit she wears wrinkles a lot and I think it is the same as she wore in Africa.
I really don't think she's very big for a 6 (7 perhaps?) month pregnant women. She has a really nice belly and the last time her belly and her face were much larger. (I hope you understand what I mean because my English isn't very good).
