Honestly, I usually don't like her clothing at all--and yet I still think her lovely. She's vivacious and effervesant, regardless of her sometimes peculiar clothing choices (the detective outfit at the funeral coming quickly to mind, as well as what was it, a sunflower hat?) Her personality allows her to carry the day, nevertheless.

Maxima looks great, except for the hair. I like the hair back. It makes her look more sophiscated and sleek. Everyone is not a size 2, and Maxima's size she not be an issue.

I like the outfit. The blue/brown combination is nice, as is the necklace.

My problem is that she seems to be wearing almost no makeup and looks washed out, puffy and tired. Maybe symptoms of her pregnancy? Though that still doesn't excuse not being able to put on a little lipstick and blush!

I think one of the reasons of that is that her hear a little bit wild is on the photo's. The moment she goes back to home her hair looks good en her look is completely different!

She looks happy but very messy. She can do better than that, a (tiring)pregnancy is no excuse to wear no make-up or to wear your hair like that.

I noticed again how easily she puts on weight. It happens often during pregnancies of course, I was glad I got spared from extra training after my children were born

Willem-Alexander looked very happy too :)

I think also that someone has done the hair and make-up in the palace. On the television she looks great with her hair up.

Tomorrow:

So we can see a pregnant Princess Again!

Willem Alexander and Máxima are going to Poland in April. The programme has not been announced yet, but on April 26 they will re-open the Dutch pavillion in Auschwitz.

Will it be okay for Maxima to travel at that time? She will be about 6 months pregnant (if she is really due in July) but if she is due a month or so earlier she'll be 7 months pregnant. I think it is safe to travel until your last month, but considering the problems from the first pregnancy (in which Maxima was ordered bed rest for several weeks until her delivery) isn't such a program a bit "ambitious."

if she has problems then she can always cancel & the prince of orange will go on his own. But I think this makes clear that she will make an efford to be there, which is good.
