On sunday october 12th HRH,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend,and speech at,the Duisenberg Lecture,
organised by dutch Rabobank,Washington DC.

HRH,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend the Global Handwashing Day at Pretoria,South-Africa on wednesday october 15th.
3.5 Million children die due to infections,(diarhea,pneumonia),each year,mainly because people don´t have the habit
to wash their hands with water and soap.

HRH,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend,and speech at,the World Toilet Summit,known among insiders as the Cut the Crap summit,
which,in fact,it literally is.Hundreds of millions of people still obey the laws of nature on the sidewalk or the gutter.
HRH will strongly address the tabus' on this subject...like I do here now,a little....

The summit is starting tuesday the 4th at the Venetian-Macau-Resort=Hotel,Macau,Peoples Republic of China.

The Prince,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend,and speech at,the 17th session of the UN Commission on Sustaineble Development,
NYC,thursday may 14th.
 
The Prince,Chair of UNSGAB,is in Sofia,Bulgaria,where he presides over the 12th meeting of UNSGAB.

HRH The Prince of Orange was bestowed with the special AMCOW (African Ministers for Water and Sanitation) AfricaSan Award thursday evening november 12th by the African ministers during the meeting in Johannesburg,South-Africa.

He received the award for his substantial work as Chair of UNSGAB and the subsequent improvement of water and sanitation facilities in Africa.

The prize was handed out to the vice-chair of UNSGAB,Mrs.Uschi Eid.

Iceflower, tx for posting the pics of Willem-A, I havent seen him in the public eye lately. He reminds me so much of his mother (his father too), and I like his hair growing a little longer in these photos.

The Prince,Chair of UNSGAB,will have meetings in NYC on wednesday september 22nd.The Princely Couple will travel to NYC
immediatly after the Speech from the Throne by HM on tuesday the 21st,Prinsjesdag as both have meetings there simultaniously.

The Prince,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend the summit on Milennium Development Goals and will present an initiative to the international community called;" Sustaineble Sanitation,the Five Year Drive to 2015" to keep attention focussed on the Milennium goals.He feels the
goals were not met yet and there should be a better effort internationally to get there.The Prince will also hold bilateral talks with dignetaries.
 
HRH,Chair of UNSGAB,will preside over the 15th UNSGAB Meeting,Seoul,South-Korea november 28th - december 1st.
 
The Prince of Orange,Chair of UNSGAB,will attend the celebrations on occasion of World Water Day 2011 at Capetown,South Africa monday and tuesday march 21st and 22nd.
