Prince Willem-Alexander visits on Wednesday 12 October 2005 the Tung Lam lock project in Da Nang. Because of heavy rains in the past days , the track towards the project was heavy going. The Prince had to wear boots and walk over wooden planking to get to the project. Picture DPA

I agree. The picture shocked me at first. It did not seem like Prince Willem to do that.
