09.00AM - 09.45AM Welcome at USS Intrepid by NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The welcome will be followed by the salute by Hr.Ms "Tromp".
Other ships will sail by Hr Ms Tromp,USS Carney,Hr.Ms van Speyk,HNLMS Urk,HDMS Thetis,HNoMS Rauma (Norway),BNS LObelia (Belgium),ENS Sakala (Estonia) ,HMCS Goose Bay (Canada),HMCS Shawinigan (Canada),
HMS Quorn (UK).Paralel to the Navy vessels the replica's of the "Halve Maen" and "Onrust" will sail also.

12.00 Noon The Royal Couple will watch the "lunch time review" as 4000 cadets take part after which The Prince
will speech from the Poop Deck
of Washington Hall.
13.05PM Speech by HRH to Senior (4th year) Cadets at the Haig Room.
13.40PM Visit to Trophy Point where children will await the Pair.Royal Dutch Navy fregat Hr Ms "van Speyk" will float
in the background.

15.40PM TRH will be received at the Governors Mansion by Governor David A.Patterson of the State of New York
( The New York State Executive Mansion ,the official residence of the Governor,already welcomed Queens Juliana
and Beatrix as they stayed at the residence.The Princess Suite was named after Beatrix after her visit in 1959)
16.00PM TRH will be received by Mayor Gerald D.Jennings atthe City Hall,short speeches will follow

original documents from that period into english)

will sing for the Couple
20.00PM TRH will illuminate the Hall of the Empire State Building after which the entire building will colour Orange.
Wednesday september 9th
10.30AM Visit to the "Halve Maen",greeting and welcoming on board by Captain William "Chip" Reynolds.
(The Halve Maen is the only existing replica of Henry Hudsons ship and it is manned by both US and dutch
students aged 12 and 13)

11.05AM Unveiling of the Battery Park Design Pavillion,a gift by The Netherlands to NYC,short speech and looking
at the "Schaghen letter"
11.55AM Princess Máxima will baptise the Henry Hudson tulip after which she symbolicly presents the City of New York
with 100.000 tulip bulbs.
