Princess Ingrid is just lovely. It's great to see her grow up. She does look a little unsure of all the attention at times, but no wonder with so many people and press trying to get her attention.

From the official royal site (my translation)

To mark the word environmental day their royal highnesses Crown Princess Mette Marit and Princess Ingrid Alexandra met more than a thousand environmental-agents at the Palace square.

The Princess had brought with her a little bag with collected waste (charges, mobile phones) which she threw away in a special container to be sent to be recycled.

The Princess’s meeting with the environmental-agents marked her first official assignment. The Crown Princess and Princess met with many of the young agents.

I´m so glad to see the first official event of Ingrid. She´s so beautiful and sweet!!And she resembles her mum a lot. She´s one of the most cute royal kids, IMO. I´m sure she´ll be a great queen

By the way, Mette Marit also looks great. It´s a bit unfair to say that just to Ingrid-Alexandra...

Poor kid! It seems she doesn't like this. She is very lovely, but I feel pity for her, she can't live as a normal child. Thousand of people watch her and I think she doesn't understand it why. MM said it when she was pregnant with Alexandra, that she feels pity for her, for her life, and now we can see, what she meant.

I'm so happy to see that these images and tv reportages came to this site! I've been watching this in the news, both magazines and on TV.

Princess Ingrid Alexandra sure is too small to understand what is going on with all the fuzz that is all around her, but she is barely 5,5 years old yet. No wonder her mum was concerned for what is waiting in life for her child, but when she choose CP Haakon, she also made a big desicion for her childrens future. (I'm not judging her! Just trying to put things into perspective. I'm happy they married for love!! :flowers:

I think it is nice that Princess Ingrid Alexandra and her mother take responsibility in enviromental matters. They are role models.

And they both looked very cute that day! Princess Ingrid Alexandra in particular. She is soo cute!! :flowers:

In a strange way, I see a lot of a young CP Sonja in her ealry years of marriage with CP Harald (she was a CP back then) in Princess Ingrid Alexandra, even though Ingrid also look like her mother CP Mette-Marit too.
