Mette and Mandela

This is what I really like about Mette she has such a natural, unaffected quality that puts those around her at ease. The picture says it all.

Thank you for the pictures Larzen! :)

I really like it when Mette-Marit's hair is wavy like this. It gives her hair so much more volume.

Great to see that she is working with Nelson Mandela on such an important cause. I think Nelson Mandela is one of the most amazing, inspiring individuals. I had the great fortune to meet and interview him about three years ago when he was here in Toronto getting a school named after him and to receive an honorary doctorate from my university (as did his wife). I was working at my university newspaper at the time so I got accredited to meet with him and interview him. He looks much more fragile at this occasion (there was a previous picture posted here in this thread of Mandela in a hat getting out of a car and his fragility was more evident than the above picture), but it is obvious that he still has the same amount of passion for fighting AIDS.

Now that's what I call a hat! The hat is very nice, is it new?

I belive so, I accaully kind of like it, even if I really dont like hats. Im a bit suprised that she would wear a hat for church not accompanied by the Queen though. Still it looks nice and goes with the recycled coat, which Im suprised still fits:confused: .
