We never saw Countess d' Udekem since Mathilde is Queen ???

The mother of Mathilde? At the funeral of Count Patrick (picture), at the wedding of Countess Élisabeth, at the wedding of Countess Hélène (picture).

We also never saw the De Mora y Aragóns or the Ruffo di Calabrias, to be fair...

But what you say, isn't that essentially the same? The De Moras and the Ruffos came for weddings, funerals and the like. That is not so different with today's d'Udekems?

Okay, Princess Paola's mother was often pictured. But who will recognize the Countess Anne when she is shopping in the Galerie Inno in Brussels? I think it is just a change of time. Point de Vue, Paris Match, Life Magazine, those were the days.

And here’s a picture of the family taken in 2014 during a visit of the Pallavicini family to Hungary. I stored it back then and unfortunately the news article has now been taken down, at least I can’t find it back. The eldest child Olimpia is seated in the second row next to her maternal grandmother.
