Princess Mathilde in Tanzania - February 2006

On February 14th, 2006, Princess Mathilde will go on Unicef/Unaids Mission to Tanzania

In her capacity as representing special UNICEF/UNAIDS for the problems "children and AIDS", the Princess takes part in this high level tripartite mission in company of the Executive Directors of UNICEF, Mrs Ann Veneman, and of UNAIDS, Mr Peter Piot. The stress of this mission is laid on the visits of ground, during which Princess Mathilde is interested particularly in the orphans and other children made vulnerable by the AIDS.

Another European princess with an impressing work, I like to found out that she also actives in world organization to help more people arropund the world, not only for her country charity. (unfortunately I didn't follow her closely for long time, but I am so glad to know more about her).

Thank you, Cathérine, very much for the video. I have heard Mathilde speak Dutch and French, but never English, so it was nice to hear. I know I always say how great she is, but she shows a great deal of compassion and kindness for everyone she meets. I enjoyed looking at the photos, so thank you also to everyone who posted them. :)
