Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde watch the game between Kim Clijsters
and Serena Williams during the 'Best of Belgium' event, to celebrate the
start of the Belgian EU Presidency, Thursday 08 July 2010, in Brussels.
The event includes a tennis match between Williams and Clijsters and
concerts. It's a new world reccord for the biggest number of spectators
for a tennis game.

Now, that’s quite some variation today. Straight from the educative farm to a soccer stadium to watch tennis.
BTW, Belgium put lots of efforts into the program of the EU presidency with all these concerts, etc.

Princess Mathilde visited the playground organisation 'De Saenhoeve' in
Maasmechelen as to it's 40-year jubilee, Wednesday 14 July 2010. The
playground organisation offers a lot of activities where culture, creativity
and development of the child are core values. It's for children from 3 to
15 years. There's a lot of cultural heterogeneity and diversity on the
playground.

I understand the role of grooming and fashion as they relate to royal persons, but I feel that Princess Mathilde is of such true dignity and grace that critiques of her dress are foolish. She has a holistic inner beauty that transcends fashion and I would be proud to be Belgian. God bless her.

Thank you, Iceflower, for all the energy you put into sharing your work with us.

Thanks for the photos!
The Crown Princely family had nice time. My favourite photo is that of Crown Prince Phillipe carrying a baguette.

I agree, number 5 pic is lovely... she is really a cutie !

Does anyone know who the persons with them are ?

Prince Gabriel looked so small and shy, an exiting day for him and his sibblings..

And on this profile pic he reminds me so much of his father!

I think you are talking about Emmanuel instead of Gabriël :flowers:

I am :) I can't help, but I mix up their names since Emmanuel was born,
you sometimes have those strange links in mind that never disappear..;)

Princess Mathilde received flowers from royal watchers after leaving the school:
