Crown Prince Philippe will be on an economic mission to Australia and New Zealand
from November 16th to November 30th, 2012.


The economic mission is organized by the Agency for Foreign Trade in close cooperation with the regional trade.
State and local ministers will accompany Crown Prince Philippe on his journey.

Here's the detailed schedule of the mission to Australia and New Zealand.

Prince Philippe has departed from Brussels yesterday evening, November 16 and as to several stopovers and the long flight time he'll arrive in Perth on November 18:

He's going to miss his family terribly, I know I do when my trips are over a week long.

Prince Philippe is certainly seeing a lot of Australia. It is a shame that Princess Mathilde is not accompanying him as I would have loved to see them both together.

On day 2 - November 19, Crown Prince Philippe attended several meetings and visited the Curtin University. Meetings with the Premier and the Governor of Western Australia will follow later today (the galleries will be updated during the day):

His plane departed from Perth to Sydney yesterday with six hour delay. The prince had to cancel all his appointments.
