If she was not well enough to go, she should have stayed home. She and Charles interact quite well. Actually, that is her best asset. The rest is a mess, royal bag lady. Messy hair, lackluster clothes, unkempt.

Then you go and you put your best foot forward. You can't have it both ways. Be sick, that's fine or look like something you are trying to represent. Frankly, I think she does what she wants and cares very little for the comments. I think she tries to please her husband and then uses "passive aggressive" tactics to say, I really shouldn't be here. She is hardly a fashion plate, but on this trip she looks like a leftover plate.

Right you are, Countess. I too doubt that Prince Charles or Duchess of Cornwall has lost any sleep over negative comments in the mass media outlets.

Camilla's personal style may not be one that appeals to you but above is more indicitive of a personal animousity toward's Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall than a constructive critique of her wardrobe/stlyle.

Your allegations that she "does what she wants . . . . ", "tries to please her husband and cares very little . . . . ", are not sustantiated by any verifiable source. Worse, your statement that she uses "passive agressive" tactics to supposedly manipulate either us, the media or Prince Charles, is offensive in the extreme and adds nothing to the thread under discussion.

I think the backache must have troubled the DoC, but I think she has done her best.
I considered the temperatures in the three countries are colder this year which may be another factor influeing her cloths. She must keep warm first.
Anyway, I wish her getting better soon.

AGAIN That ditty dotty spotty dress has got to go. And I was just thinking whenever does it get a chance to go to the cleaners, that would at least give us a break
Does anyone know who Duchess of Cornwells' stylist/dresser/ personnel assistant is? Early redundancy package coming up.

I think she has been in cionssiderable pain as a result of her back, which is why she may have appeared less animated.

I am no fan of the cape, but lets not forget that none of the suits / dresses appeared to be new. Also, we are dealing with a 63 year old lady, as opposed to a spring chicken, so some concessions will have to be made.

Video from today´s visit of Hostetin: UsmÄ›vavý princ Charles nadchl lidi v HostÄ›tÃ*nÄ›*– Novinky.cz
Yesterday, after a mess in St. Clements church, they have a tour around the city - not together, Charles had his own plan and so did Camilla. the evening - The performance was really amazing, when they arrived I was standing very close to them (about 1 metre) and they were both smiling, they looked like very kind people...

From the expressions on his face, Charles seems to be having a wonderful time. Camilla looks to be in pain, or tired from the strain of coping with pain and the medication she's probably taking for her condition. She is, however, doing her duty and supporting her man. Thank you to iceflower and Nico and Ducii for the photos and video. I find I can't see the pic Nico has posted though. That sometimes happens and I don't know why.

Czech ex-president Vaclav Havel canceled meeting with prince Charles today because of fever or something like that.

pics of Camilla and dogs are really cute. I like it. There was also funny story in guide dogs centre. When they arrived Camilla was playing or whatever she was doing with three or four dogs and one lick her face. Someone from her escort or how to name it said that this dog will probably come to the UK with them..
Another story on the internet says that you must wait till someone of the royal family gives you a hand (protocol) and you know taht for blind people it is not very easy, because they donť see, so they donť know when you are giving them a hand or not, so there was an assistant who nudged them, when Camilla gave them a hand:)
