IMHO for a lot of people by now she is "Princess Camilla" as she is the wife of "Prince Charles". But I have yet to see this way to describe her in a paper.

The brooch is a present from the NOS, it´s their symbol. Camilla wore it before when she had official duties as the president of The National Osteoporosis Society.
