Much better choice of clothing today, but can't she get rid of that hat?!

Its nearly a hundred degrees Fareignheit so I can excuse the hat but the outfit is lovely. There last day in egypt. They will be going to the Saudi Kingdom next.

Is she crying?:( Very emotional. Is it a friend of the family, where she is laying flowers?

I think anyone who has visited the Commonwealth or any War Graves Cemetary, would get upset. Seeing all those graves of young men barely out of their teens can be very distressing. Even Charles got upset.
It could have been the grave of one of her fathers friends or relatives.

How very sad. Its a miracle he survived.

My grandpa also fought in that battle. He survived and even managed to be my grandpa after returning to Poland :D

HRH was just on bbc news 24 talking briefly about her father and she looked very moved by today's event in egypt. I like the blue outfit today, a wee bit hot there for my liking, how do royal not manage to sweat in such heat.

My great-uncle also fought at El-Alamein.

He actually stood on a land mine, was blown high in the air, many around him were killed but...

he only lost every tooth and returned to the front within two weeks of the incident.

He was serving in the New Zealand Army at the time as he had been in NZ when the war was declared.

El-Alamein was the major turning point of the war in North Africa. After that battle Britain and her Allies were able to keep pushing the Germans out of North Africa.

My granda's 2 brothers fought there as well. Camilla and Charles definitely seemed to be touched by what they saw esp. Camilla

Let's stop the comparisons between Camilla and Diana. Diana's trip to Egypt was at a different time and the world is a very different place today, especially in Egypt.

what do you mean by "especially in Egypt" ?

The world has changed but especially in the middle east and Egypt is included in that. Thank you for the video.

Well she has changed her style for Saudi Arabia. She is wearing pants, I like it. She rarely wears pants. I like the pink headscarf. Pink is denifitly a good color on her. It makes her skin glow and her hair color look good. She wore it alot last summer and spring. Is it just me or has she gained a little weight in the belly area. Winter does that to you I guess.

I would love to read his memoirs. Everytime I read about what happened I get chills. He had a brave and remarkable life.

The Commonwealth wasn't forgotten.
There is an Australian soldier in this pic next to the Prince of Wales.

Seems our lovely Duchess has to stay away from those events. It`s the culture may be. Does she have a lady`s program?

I think pantsuits -or trouser suits as they are known in England- look great on Camilla; she should wear them more often.

Yes, I agree. They look lovely on her. I really liked the one she wore last night. Grey in combination with pink suits her well...
