Princess Diana picture thread I

I didn´t saw the robe pic when it was posted here, but I have seen it in magazines before. The first time I saw it was back in 95/96 or something like that. Long before Internet and computers was so "common" (why do I feel like an old lady now :P )

So I´m pretty sure there is a real photo, but ofcourse its possible that is has been changed to be even more revealing...

I think even back in the 1970s and 1980s there were some examples of doctoring photos so that one person's head ended up on another person's body; it's possible that that's what happened in this case too.


Really, these days it's hard to take any photo seriously, when you see what computers can do with them.

No these pictures aren't rare at all. They were published in Paris Match shortly before Diana's death along with several others.

Is it just me or is this thread becoming like another Diana picture thread? The first few pictures were rare ones but now there are many common ones that are in any magazines or fan sites of Diana.

I am the one responsible for the merging of the two threads. It was getting a bit confusing about which pictures were truly rare ones and which ones were just your "dime a dozen" pictures of Diana. Members were getting confused about where to post their pictures and the Rare Pictures thread was filled with non-rare pictures of her from various magazines.

If anyone can provide me with a list (post #) of the actual rare pictures of Princess via PM, then I will be more than happy to split the thread as appropriate. But I don't see a point in having a thread of rare pictures if the pictures in the thread aren't really rare.

Old pictures of Diana, as requested by corazon who has been very patient as I went through some very old tapes of mine and made tons of screen captures.
The images are very grainy though, since the video footage is more than 40 years old (the original footage not my tapes!)
