Diana made several visits to Pakistan over the course of her life. Her first visit was in Sept. 1991. It was a solo visit (Prince Charles did not accompany her).

Pictures 1&3 were taken at the officia state dinners. in number 1 sheis stood with Nawaz Sharif, the Prime-Minister at that time.
Number 5 is the Baadshai Mosque in Lahore and I believe Number 7 was taken somewhere in the Northern Areas like Gilgit or Swat.

Are you sure those last two pics are from Pakistan?

I think the one on the left is either from Canada or Australia in 1983, and the one on the right is India, 1992, but I could be wrong ...

squidgy, I'm about 80% that the second to last photograph was taken in Pakistan. I actually have the old issue of Hello that covered Diana's trip to Pakistan (somewhere) so once i find it I'll let you know for sure and I'll try and post some more photos.

Indeed, her display of clothes worned through the years was excellent. I was on my home vacation this past April and stopped in the Museum in St. Petersburg to see the exhibit and it was fabulous!!!!! I was surprised to see how low the heel were on her wedding shoes. The dress was an awsome work of art.

They had pictures of her trip to Pakistan and the clothes she wore and also if not mistaken a picture in the book I bough where khan's mother is next to her.

Well it wasn't really a joke joke lol. But one day not too long after Squidygate she was visiting Patrick Jephson at his home to see his new baby daughter, she was holding her and said: "I know I shouldn't say this, but she's really squidgy!"

Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't sure. I hope the hospital of Imran Khan's wasn't damaged at all. It's in Lahore, isn't it? I found it quite distressing to hear some people had bombed it a few years after it was built and that people had died. Imran Khan was to have been there but was running late. Why bomb a cancer hospital? The whole idea is just repugnant!!!!

I never knew that I thought the boy died a couple of hours later after meeting Diana.
