I saw that report, too - but can't imagine how she could be on the cell phone, as fast as they were going in the car. I also saw where they're still trying to "prove" she was pregnant, even though it's already been proven she wasn't.

I've known Penny for many years personally and I will vouch that she's a very solid person - this is a ridiculous charge against her! She's a wonderful wife and mother...and was a dear friend of Diana's in addition to being her astrologer. BUT: she was always definitely in Diana's corner and knew lots of secrets about Diana. She's never been fond of Charles or the marriage...and I wonder if "someone" is trying to find out secrets or make things miserable for her because of her preference of Diana over Charles?

What do you mean? That this story is untrue or that is it true but that she is victim of a plot?

I mean that the charge is untrue and that it may be a "plot", in the sense that someone somewhere is just out to give Diana's supporters a bad time. Penny only rented a post office box in the same place as some people who also rented a post office box and those people may (or may not) be involved in drugs. But it doesn't make Penny a drug dealer. Guess it does pay to be careful with whom you associate! But renting a post office box? That seems innocent enough!

Yes, you may know her, and she may be a "solid" woman, but to suggest that one of Diana's astrologers is a victim of a "plot" (the next question being "by whom?"), eight years after Diana's death, is really stretching credibility.

On another note, one British Tabloid (can't remember which one) ran on its cover yet another story about Diana's supposed pregnancy.
Apparently, detectives in charge of the Diana's file are considering taking Diana's body out of her grave in order to perform an autopsy. There are few specialists in the USA who can perform an autopsy on embalmed bodies, so that would put a definitive end to rumors of pregnancy.
I just read the cover so I don't know more (and it was a tabloid anyway).

Nothing is ever going to put a definitive end to rumours like that, unfortunately. The surgeons at the hospital in Paris already said that she wasn't pregnant, but that hasn't stopped rumours from people like Fayed who want to believe she was murdered because she was pregnant.

Well the thing with what French surgeons said is that since they did not perform an autopsy, how can they know? She was not tested for pregnancy (normal since it's not the standard procedure to check is car crash victims are pregnant or not).
I personally do believe she wasn't (and even if she was, so what?) but the rumors won't ever stop IMO.

There was an autopsy, though performed in London. The coroner examined her uterus and found her to not to be pregnant.

Hum? Weird. now it's London doctors who says she wasn't? I thought it was the Parisian ones. I have to say I am not familiar with the case (as I don't really care if she wasn't or not) but I read somewhere that she was embalmed few hours after the crash as the British embassy clearly ordered that, and thus no proper autopsy could have took place.
