I've never seen any of them.
 
I think she looked utterly lovely with long hair. I'm sure she would have looked fab with long her later in life, too. But the short hair certainly had a bit more pizzazz, not many women can wear such short hair styles so well like Diana.

About the pic of Christie's preview party for the sale of her dresses, photos like this are really amazing, she looks elegant, sexy...like always!

I agree. My mother tried to achieve the 'Diana' look (short hair), but had no luck, because no hair dresser could recreate it just right.

Diana looked precious with long and short hair... but really I prefer Diana with short hair!!!

Thank you for the photos. There are a couple of mistakes, though. The first photo was during the Australian Tour in 1983 as was the one labelled for the Australian Tour in 1985. I think that the black lace dress with pearls was worn in Germany in 1987, and the green suit was worn in Czechoslovakia. The gentleman is Vaclav Havel, last President of that country and the first President of the Czech Republic.

I agree. Her facial features seemed to be overwhelmed when she had long hair.
