To Daria_S: Yes it is, there isn't that many out there like that. I love pictures that show her genuine smile.
To roseroyal: I too love the love, happiness, joy, and laughter that picture shows. It shows that at times she was truly happy.

I think in later years, she was genuinely happy a lot of the time. And, I think she was always happiest when helping others or when she was with her sons.

I see in the picture could be at a banquet... maybe charity event or royal invitation! Unfortunately where I got the picture there is no exact information

True she was in the later years and when she was helping others and with her sons. I just wish we had more pictures where we could say 'oh she's genuinely happy in this.' I hope William and Harry have lots of pictures of her like that.
