Looking at the quality of this picture, I'm not sure it's even a paparazzi shot - more likely a friend I'd say…

Yeah, most of the press shots weren't posed, although I believe Diana did pose for the press briefly to get them to leave her alone on one of her final vacations with the Fayeds that summer. I thought I read that somewhere.

This photo was taken on a holidays in Barbuda, april 1997, where Diana was with her sons. She posed for the photos, who were made by Marion, little gril who enjoyed time being there at the same time. Here is also one article about it. At that time many beautiful photos of Diana were taken, posing near the swimming pool, in the hotel, near the palm trees, and also this one in a front of the airplane with her sons.
