Thanks everyone for the pics! I also love the summer :) They hadn't been in St. Tropez since 2001.

There has been an interview of Daniel Ducruet at the Spanish TV.
I post it there (it's in Spanish) because he talks about Caroline as well.
http://www.elsemanaldigital.com/fdi/...articulo=11300
He basically says that Albert is a shy fun loving man and that he recognized his kid as a public way of dismiss the gay rumors. And that Rainier always put a lot of pressure on his son.
He also says that the relations between Albert and Caroline are very tense because she is very rigid and refuses to discuss her husband troubles (his violence, alcoholism) which create bad publicity for Monaco. He does not know if Rainier and Caroline were part of the "conspiracy" to end his wedding to Stephanie.
He says Caroline's a very cold and manipulating woman. He also says Stephanie's kids and Caroline's kids do not socialise.

I personally can't understand how Ducruet could possibly know what's going on at Monaco since he has no contact with the Palace since his divorce. But I thought it would be a quite interesting post since he talks about Caroline personality.

BTW, Alex is such a cutie!

Apparently Daniel and Stephanie are still friends and have a good relationship since we're seen many pics of them at the beach together, etc. So he probably knows the situation pretty well through Stephanie (or at least her views on it). Of course, he may exagerate things to get attention.

"Nondomum matura est!" "In any case it's not ripe!" so said the fox that didn't get to reach the bunches of grapes. Rember the old story?
So is Daniel who was kicked off the jet-set through the door and now he's trying to get back through the window.

This is the second time in 3 weeks or so that he gives an interview like this. I don't understand it.

In the interview he speaks very nice about Stephanie and says she's a great mom :)

One of our magazines had a interview with Daniel in these days too..Saying basically the same things mentioned here and in Princess Stephanie's thread.

I didn't like how he had negative talk about Princess Caroline calling her snobbish all the time. What he expected? He definately didn't earn to be respected by family..Btw. so many famous people seem reserved at first sight..They're protecting themselves in that way, and beacuse of that called snobbish. If you show them that they can have confidence in you, things changes..

Only great thing in that whole interview is proving that Princess Stephanie is great mother.:)

Well, perhaps there's an explaination about Daniel's grudge against Caroline, or better, according to certain press, it seemed that Daniel felt in love with Caroline when he was working as a body guard for the Grimaldi family, and that his love wasn't obviously returned.

I read in one of those bios on the late Princess Grace that she was thought to be snobbish and icy when, in fact, she was just shy and tended to be on the reserved side.

Daniel Ducruet as an In law!!!!

Well, actually, I read this on a cheap mag called "EVA EXPRESS", so I don't know how much reliable this might have been.
