She is very nice in the April 12th pic. We can like or not like her outfits, but I think they are well adapted to the circumstance. She is in a working session for a charity cause, what could she wear???

I think dressing more conservatively for the work during the day, the group shots, is appropriate - if there is a dinner, or related gala, she's always dressed elegantly.

On the occasion of the 2012 International Children's Rights Day that was celebrated with a show by 400 pupils from Monaco at the Rainier III Auditorium on November 20, 2012, Princess Caroline received 8000 Euro for AMADE.

I fear it is. It looks like the one she has worn in the 1990s as well, that would at least mean that it's not a new one..

By now the agency has updated the number of pics of that evening, so I was able to find out what kind of event she attended and moved the posts from the current events thread to the extra thread: it's been a special dinner for Amade organized by Mr Bogaardt.

Of coursr it is fur. It looks like the one she wore at the 700 anniversary of the dynasty. I´m so disappointed!

Fur is an old-school habit. It speaks of luxury and wealth. It's only recently that it's become socially unacceptable to wear fur - movie stars used to wear it all the time.

I too am disappointed when when new outfits made of fur are purchased.
However, if it's been with Caroline for years, then it's hardly an issue, is it? Would it be better if it just accumulated dust somewhere?

Now, I would never buy anything made of fur but I do wear the fur coats that formerly belonged to my mother (and in one case, grandmother).

I agree with your position on fur and also wear fur coats of an aunt and grandmother.

I totally agree! It looks like she managed this time to shop at the sane end of Uncle Karl's closet! (or maybe Uncle Karl was not involved at all, even better so). The coat, on the other hand, looks out-of-date and strange.

Oh well that's one GREAT outfit! I bet, my mother would love to wear this dress. It is sooo chic!!it makes her figure look very nice!
