Princess Caroline‘s Role in Monaco

They did not announce anything for Sacha, so i think they won't for charlotte's baby

caroline told to a periodist friend the nick name or the name (we don`t know it ) of andrea´s baby, and her fiend had the care of notifying us the name or nickname of SACHA

They do not compeet at similar level, but they might have met to charity races.

They actually compete in two completely different sports as well as different levels. Zara is a champion 3 day eventer which is dressage, cross country and then show jumping the last day. Charlotte is an amateur show jumper, who has had much less personal success in the sport compared to Zara in hers.

Beatrice is a seriously stunning young woman. I wonder if she and Pierre will ever marry? They seem to have been devoted to one another forever.:whistling:

We are many TRF posters dreaming a great wedding for Pierre and Beatrice. No doubt she will be one of the most stunning "royal" brides ever.

For what I know I don't think a wedding is in their, or better, in her plans now. She is focusing on her career of journalist and is very involved in politics.... Here in Italy she gave a few interview on tv saying that. She also doesn't like to talk about her personal life. She's rarely have mentioned Pierre. She is considered unpleasant by the italian press. I don't like her either, but that's just my opinion! Hope for a wedding though. (But i think it's unlikely)

I have the impression that both Pierre and Beatrice are in full harmony with public life and they seem to accept and enjoy, much more than Andrea and Charlotte, who both seem to dislike.
This is the reason i perfectly feel them having a magnificent wedding to the Borromeo Islands!
As for Beatrice, i do not see how a wedding will be a problem to her carreer.
Of course all this is OUR thoughts, not theirs.

Maybe this is the wrong thread so I won't say further but the general impression is she wants to "be free" (don't ask me why"). Maybe she's just waiting for Pierre to propose though ... She looks like "the modern girl" but she may surprise me... Hope so.

I do like her, too! She is an amazingly beautiful woman!
I can't wait to see her as a bride next to Pierre!

Any reason for her to be consider unpleasant by the italian press? I'm curious because italian posters here in TRF seem not to like her very much and I wonder why. Care to share with us, since you all obviously "see" her/know her better than us, non-italians.
I didn't like Beatrice when she first started to date Pierre. Don't ask me why, just didn't get a good vibe. But she grew on me.

Beatrice is part of the Italian press, by writing for the leftist newspaper ”Il Fatto Quotidiano". Maybe they don´t like her, because she dares to criticize. Or that she doesn´t reports about fashion or something other more typical "female" areas... :whistling:

Well it's NOT fot th fact she is a journalist but because they think she is not able to do her job. And that someone "pushed" her into that work because of position. She is also said to be very superb an snob. That'a all I can say. I don't like her just by instinct but of course that's just my opinion!

Jouurnalists and press in general think she's just a "little girl" coming from a luxurious world who doesn't exactly know how things turn. She was highly criticized when she appeared in poilitical shows giving opinions and standing overtly against Berlusconi and from the left wing. The tv show was " Servizio Pubblico" , a political talk show where all prominent politicians go. This was another reason: she was not a politician and the audience thinks she's hypocrite... Sorry I don't know more... Maybe she's disdaned for other matters too...

I also think that anothe factor may be that being at "left" politician area is considered to be against her being noble and dating royals and socialites.

The last thing it comes to mind it's that standing by the left politician party she is supposed to share their ideals (such as equality etc) and she palys the "huble" girl who wanna change the world or denounce the politician corrupted italian system but when she's partying or seen on a beach , or at some kind of events she behaves like a "diva"... She's also defined very cool and ambitious... I hope I have been clear besides my grammar mistakes!:) i don't recall anyhing else.
Maybe she is a lovely person but that's what have always appeared from her.

Thank you all for the information. It seems Beatrice is in that complex situation of someone who was born into money and decided to label herself a left-winger (if not a socialist). Two things that are not easy to combine. That makes her an easy target.
Also, the fact that she has decided to follow the route of being not just a journalist but also a political activist doesn't help her nor does her attitude, she seems a bit self-entitled (just the vibe I get from her).

Anyway, as I said, she grew on me, don't know why. Maybe because of her courage in investigating the mafia and the interview with that maffiosa who lives in England.

You're welcome! Sorry for my bad english  I would define her a thorny character f or the system in which she is. However the fact I don't like her is very personal...
P.S. Thanks to the moderators who moved these posts in the right thread:)

I do not like her as well for the same reason! :flowers:
She definitely looks cool and ambitious! ;)

I'm italian and i don't like her too.. i think she's a hypocrite "little girl" who wanna change the world..pity that she (and her family) are part of the same world that she doesn' t like .. :whistling:
I agree with those who say that she doesn't know how things turn. Making the "journalist" that goes against everything and everyone is very easy when you have an important family that protects you and opens all doors.. a lot of guys probably better prepared and more capable did not have half the opportunities that she has had ..
if she had changed her life, abandoning the privileges, it would be different .. very different .. she would be much more believable ..:ermm:
I forgot to say that she is not a political journalist .. she writes for a newspaper that is also involved in politics ..

It's funny. It seems that all 3 Casiraghis have different accents when speaking English. Andrea has a French accent, Pierre sounds a little Italian to me and Charlotte British. Charlotte's accent is mixed though. It's mostly British, but she says some words with an American accent; like "wader" for water. She also says "te" for to. I'm not sure where that's from.

I can hear British undertones in Pierre's accent as well. And some British people pronounce to "te" if speaking quickly. I read somewhere that Caroline and Ernst spoke English together and Alex Dellal may have had an influence?

It surprises me to read that Caroline and Ernst spoke English together, when Caroline's German is so flawless.

The Casis don't speak fluent German. English may have been the only language that everyone understood. I don't know if Ernst's sons speak fluent French.

The Casiraghis don't speak fluent German but their mother does. I saw a youtube clip where she is in a deep, philosophical conversation about art. It was about an hour long and it was in flawless German.

And since German is the native language of Ernst, I am surprised to hear that he and Caroline mostly spoke English together.

Well, it was something I read a while ago and I can't remember where so it may not be accurate. I was just trying to illustrate why the Casiraghis might have those British undertones to their accents.

They met in London when Caroline was in High School, at her 16ies, they may took the habit to talk in English because they were in England and they did not change their habit.

I do not know if Ernst talks to Alexandra in German, and how is her German now

Does anyone akanow what is P. Caroline up yo these days???? She hasn't been around for a long time now... We haven't seen nor even in her usual winter vacations in the snow... I miss her!!!

Last month she went to watch Alexandra skate in a competition in France. Was also seen with Beatrice riding horses at her farm in St Remy.

And now
Where is the home of Mr and Mrs Pierre Casighari ?
Is Mr Pierre Casighari working full time ? what sort of business?
Is Mrs Pierre Casighari working ?. May she in the future write articles as she is now the niece of the Prince Souverain.?
