It is a wonderful soothing beautiful voice cause I have many female singers cd's who have lovley voices that could match Charlotte's but Selena is the one I have good strong feeling's for. Selena's singing voice can go from high to low but her speaking voice is medium to high highish nothing childish sounding like Princess Stephanies, very womanly like young voice,medium speaking in how fast she speaks. Beautiful voice. Selena was also beautiful like Charlotte Casiraghi she had the same big full pouty lips and eyes and smile.

I have to disagree! Selena had a slightly deep voice! I always thought she looked like the kinda of girl that has a voice like Charlize Theron, or whom ever! Maybe its like Angelina Jolie Wouldn't that be weird!

Yeah many times there voices don't match ther looks like take Princess Stephanie for example Everyone thought she would have a low husky mature deep voice, just the exact opposite its very high sweet gentle slow speaking childish girlish soft young voice. Plus Selena's voice carried in tune from low to quite high , but her speaking voice was medium to high, young 20 something womanly voice.

Yes I made a mistake she was killed by her fan club president also President of her botique Yolanda Salivdar, I knew her name the lady who shot and killed Selena I thought she was her manger but I just checked I was wrong it was her Fan Club President also manger of Selena's Botique store out in Chorpus Christi Texas. May the Beautiful Selena Quintanilla Perez rest in Peace and her Beautiful voice may still carry on.

My opinion is that it can't be assumed that she's a smoker, based on only one occasion she's been seen lighting a cigarette in Les Invalides. :) Most of my friends have experimented with cigarettes, some smoke occasionally during times of stress etc., but still in my opinion no one who smokes a few cigarettes in a year can be called a smoker. What does everybody think?

True. It's possible that she experimented with ciggies in 2003 and hasn't touched them since. Or maybe she is a social smoker of sorts, only smoking with her close friends when they are hanging out privately, as opposed to when she's at family events.

Oh, I think that was more him shrieking out of frustration. His voice when he gave the brief speech during the Enthronment was heavenly, and probably more like his true speaking voice.

Maybe its a tradeoff for Andrea and Pierre, So Andrea has the higher more childish voice, so maybe while Pierre has a slightly lower sultry, voice. Thats the way it is with Caroline and Stephanie, everyone thought Stephanie would have a low deep voice, not true at all! Its very high , soft, slow speaking, childish sounds like a little girl, while caroline I've heard all of the Grimaldi members speak except for Caroline. Anyway they said that her voice is alot lower, huskier maturer more sultry adult voice. Cause people were expecting Caroline to have the higher voice because she has a much more femminine face and body not broad shoulders and narrow hips. While Stephanie has a boyish face and body. Thats why they thought Caroline would have a higher voice and Stephanie would have a lower voice. But not true at all.

Ya I very much agree with you. I have a biography on the Princesses of Monaco that I taped off the television a year or so ago and Caroline had a very calm, but lower voice. I didn't really know what to think of her from it, but I know that after the Steph clip I began liking her a whole lot more. She really does have a soft and sweet, higher toned voice. Both of them are so reserved and calm when they speak.

Hey everyone!

When Andrea, Charlotte and Pierre get older and marry, would their spouses have to give up thier way of life to fullfill their duties? What kind of duties? If anyone one of them married a very famous actor or singer do you think it would honestly work? Would they have to give up their careers to marry them? Or could they leave Monaco/royalty life to live with their famous spouse?

I think the roles of the future spouses will depend on what happens on the succession.

If Albert doesn't marry and father a legitimate child, then the succession will pass on to Caroline and her children. The future spouses then of the Casiraghis and Alexandra will take have some role in Monaco and in official duties. Would-be-spouses have to take that into account, and from what I understand they can work (Stefano was a businessman). Ernst, on the other hand, seems to be content to spend most of his time to accompany Caroline in her official duties.

Duties are mainly connected to fund-raising (Red Cross Ball and the Rose Ball), visiting hospitals and other centers, ballet club, garden club, World Music Awards, the Grand Prix, the Circus Festival, literary awards, National Day, etc. There are many events in Monaco. Oh, they also hold an Annual Christmas Party for the Monegasque children every year. It is said to be wonderful. Plus, the Princess Grace Foundation, AMADE, and Fight AIDS Monaco. We might see more events and charities as Prince Albert wants to focus more on humanitarian and environmental concerns. Not to mention the invitations from other countries......

I think any spouse of a member of the Princely family will have to assume some duties. Almost everyone in the family has duties. Just recently, Stephanie was accompanied by her young daughters to a hospital on official capacity. Princess Antoinette is seen at official events, sometimes with her daughter and grandchildren.

Caroline lives in France but goes to Monaco often. So I guess they can reside elsewhere.
