The moderators have discussed whether to reopen this thread and decided that on balance it isn't a good idea. Previous threads about this relationship have qickly degenerated into pitched battles about Kate's suitability to join the royal family, and we're not keen on seeing yet another one turn into a trainwreck. Since we don't know William and Kate, we have no way of knowing what their relationship is really like, which means that the thread will attract speculation based on preconceived biases for and against Kate. The moderators can't see any good outcomes under those circumstances, so we're leaving this thread closed.
