Sorry for the bombardment, but here's the 'Daily Mail' summary of the WellChild Awards. Love Harry's touch with the kids. He is able to go hands-on (he would be a great teacher for kids with special needs, just saying).

I just knew that once photos were released from this event that mine would too. You just have to know that when you put Harry in a room with a bunch of kids you'll end up with just that. A room full of a bunch of kids. He's a natural.
I could picture Harry and that one young lad in the wheelchair sharing some kind of joke about jumping in pools.

Your reference to pools cracks me up! Maybe they did....  ....but I somehow doubt it, in the article the lad's mom said they talked about sports.
My heart melted when I saw him with little Sophie, the girl with CP, I can relate as I have CP myself , and I can also imagine her joy!

I think they were talking about football. Apparently they are fans of different teams, and were teasing each other .
I would love to have Harry in my classroom. There would never be a dull moment (and work would actually get done, because I don't see him as a type of person who would just sit back and try to get out of helping, like some TAs I've had the misfortune of dealing with).

I think both Harry and William would be/make awesome TA's!  For all the reasons you said, plus the crucial fact that they love kids, and kids love them! 
The proof of that is in the pictures. YKWTS, a picture says a thousand words.... true enough!

He just looks so good and comfortable around these young kids. For a guy of 26 that is pretty rare. The kids just look lovely and I love how they all got to dress up to make it that much more special for them. Harry does do his mother proud!

You just have to admire and respect this Prince more and more. What an absolutely wonderful gesture. We are definitely seeing Harry's caring and compassionate side more and more. Diana would have been so very proud.
