Yes, she has grown up but her nose looked a little bigger in these pictures than now. But Madelaine of Sweden looked like she had the same thing happen to her. So maybe it's just part of growing up.

I dont think the look is that dramatically changed. I'd say her hair is now a shade or two lighter and her eyebrows are now plucked. Other than that she looks the same to me.

That picture resembles some of the photos I've seen of her from around the time she started at St Andrews. I think part of it is just that major change in looks that happens for lots of people in their early and mid-twenties.

I don't think Kate is particularly beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I wouldn't call her drop dead gorgeous. Adequate for William of course but not oustandingly attractive nor hideously ugly.

I agree with you. I also dont think that she is beautiful. Maybe she had something that we haven't seen. Just like you said "...eye of the beholder."

I agree. She looks well-groomed, not beautiful, but very polished. Which comes from having excess time and money to spend on yourself. A big leap from her gap year pics though, I'm kind of surprised she wasn't as "polished" looking back then (for example, the bushy brows and un-made up face) because she certainly had the money.

I think she has a better starting point than all the current Crown princess of Europe, who are cute, yet not gr8 beauties, but some have become especially attractive.

I do agree with you, Auntie. She came to the limelight at a much younger age than all the current crown princesses and she's already got poise and elegance, apart from obvious beauty.
