Thank you for the IBL pics, Florencia. Chelsy looks to be handling the rain with her usual aplomb. But her companion, wearing a leather jacket, and having no cover, how weird is that! His jacket will be ruined, won't it?
 Another pointless "story" from Duncan of the Sun, about Chelsy's (alleged) living arrangements, with a really lousy photoshoped picture!  The Sun Online - News: Posh Chelsy slums it in digs And another: Chelsy Davey parties without Prince Harry - Telegraph You'd think the Telegraph, of all papers, might spell her name correctly. But of course the main question is why the Telegraph is even writing about her party habits at all.

I read that Chelsy apartment is not safe for Prince Harry to be there. Is it safe for Chelsy?
I thought she comes from a wealthy background, so why doesn't she have a better place to live for graduate school?  |
