I think she's a comic book heroine: Gorgeous, brilliant, dating a coolest prince, tough as hell, but sweet as heaven.

I think it has a lot to do with their backgrounds...

Chelsy is an heiress, I don't know if she is considered old money or new money but usually old money families like to be understated and under the radar.

Kate is more like an everyday girl who is no doubt fascinated by the attention and loving it.
