Lille Felix var ked af det - 11.11.04

Til årets Hubertusjagt ville både Nikolai og Felix sidde ved siden af deres far.

Midt i den strålende sol mellem masser af glade Hubertusjægere og publikummer, var der én, der var meget ked af det. Næsten mere end de fem-seks jævnaldrende, som var blevet væk fra deres forældre og blev afhentet på trappen ved Eremitageslottet.
Den dreng, der græd mest af dem alle, var end ikke blevet væk og genfundet. Lille prins Felix havde været sammen med sin far hele tiden – men alligevel ikke nok, set med drengens øjne. At dømme efter fortvivlelsen, var der ingen tvivl: Storebror Nikolai og lillebror Felix kæmpede som de fleste børn gør – om deres fars opmærksomhed. Begge ville de sidde ved siden af farmand i kareten. Sådan er børn, og sådan er de i særlig grad, når mor og far er ved at blive skilt og far må gå på arbejde, selv om han har børnene den weekend.

They certainly produced some of the most beautiful children I've ever seen! I think it's so funny that Nikolaj looks like CP Frederik as a child, and Felix looks like Prince Joachim as a child. Funny how things work out I suppose!

Felix was so "unhappy" because he wanted the pair of binoculars that Nikolai was holding! It´s the same in many pics...if Nikolai has a toy car, or a biscuit, or anything, Felix would be crying and reaching out for the "thing", while Nikolai always looks clam and collected, and rather patient with his little brother! it´s so cute. See the pics of Alex with the 2 boys in Greece (after divorce announcements) and 2003 summer holiday pics (the family sitting on a mat). Felix always wants to have what Nikolai has. that´s why the boys are always dressed in similar clothes (someone once commented it´s so boring that Alex always dresses them in same clothes, but it´s basically to prevent kids fighting over things).

But they´re both so adorable!

since Prince Felix's birthday is coming up (July 22)...i guess we'll see some new pics of him really soon~!!!!!

Princess Alex never really fails to look good in whatever she wears. I think she prefers that in whatever occasion or outing she and her kids attend to, they wear as much as possible the same shade of color. Prince Felix is also sporting a light brown attire and so with her mother.

He's soooooooooo adorable! I love the closeup of his face. He has beautiful blue eyes.

Nice to see Nikolai was there to celebrate with little Felix. Looks like Felix got a car! Nikolai got a car on his 3rd birthday too. And the Felix license plate is really cool.
