It is always stated that Marie is working for ReInvest in Geneva and that the company is owned by her stepfather (Christian Grassiot).

ReInvest was founded by Dan-Robert Meyer and has 12 employees.
But i cannot find the name Cavallier or Grassiot on the website:
ReInvest
here all people in management positions: ReInvest
ReInvest

Looking at the Swiss Handelsregister (=commercial register), there is no Grassiot or Cavallier connected to ReInvest:
Handelsregister-Meldungen von REINVEST SA, Genève

According to the commercial register, Christian Grassiot is connected to this firms:
* Ch. Grassiot et Cie, owned by Grassiot Christian et Grassiot Françoise
Ch. Grassiot et Cie, Genève
* ING Numismatic Group SA, Genève
ING Numismatic Group SA, Genève
* Du Mont Securities & Real Estate SA, en liquidation (not existing anymore)
Du Mont Securities & Real Estate SA, en liquidation, Genève

All three firms have their address in rue des Granges 3, 1200 Genève.

Under this address you can find a 4th firm:
Club Foot Passion Sàrl
Eingetragene Personen
Cavallier Marie was a associate/ partner in this firm until July 2007.
The other partner is Benjamin Grandet.

Concluding Marie's step-father is linked to three firms, Marie herself is partner in another firm. All 4 firms share one address. But neither Ch. Grassiot nor Marie Cavallier is linked to ReInvest SA. (All according to the commercial register).

So why is always said Ch. Grassiot is a partner in ReInvest SA and Marie works there? Is there any proof?

Cavallier Marie is the associate/ partner in this firm together with Grandet Benjamin.

Marie is not longer a partner in this firm, it was published on 13.7.2007 at the offical registry in Switzerland (at the "Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt" vom 13.07.2007 (SHAB-Nr. 134 / 2007).

no longer partner

thanx, i haven't seen that one.

ReInvest is a Societé Anonyme - thus the director is not necessarily the owner. Dan Meyer has the Swiss nationality and Switzerland is not a part of the EU - maybe Grassiot gave him the money to found ReInvest and stays in the background on pulling the strings, while Dan Meyer gives "a face" to the company to attract other investors.:flowers:

Could be true, that he is just a "financial source" for ReInvest and not an active member of the management.

But who came up with the fact that Grassiot is a partner in ReInvest?

Could be that the press got it wrong and no one ever checked their facts. Maybe Marie was seen going into the company and it was assumed that she worked there?
