Thank you crm23137 I was wondering when someone was going to make a point like this, was in fact getting around to making it myself, but you bet me to it!

I'm grateful for the addition of new pics. I too couldn't open one of the series. Many of the moderators work hard to take us closer to them. Thanks for making this place Sunny. Cheers.

Shouldn't they be invited as every CP couples were invited to Willem Alexander's 40's Bday?

The man of the hour: Daniel Westling
They probably were, but the spanish CP couple had a weekend full of duties : a diner with the army on Saturday and a parade for the Dia de las fuerzas armadas in Zaragoza on Sunday
De dutch had a duty in the morning in Wassenaar (opening of a sculpture exposition) and in the evening there was the opening of the Holland Festival.

Daniel W. is a hottie.

Where can I buy a copy of Mary's little 1960s go-go dress???? The color is absolutely lovely. This lady has a tricky figure, and this silhouette suits her quite nicely.

What the devil was Mary thinking, though, pairing the pale pink with mint green? And what exactly WAS that green cape / trench thingee anyway? A bit off...must be from the same designer that did the weird Icelandic gala dress with the messy waist.

Yeah, that gown was indeed a hot mess. I'm still on the fence about the pink gown... it's hard to tell what exactly it looks like beneath the mint green cap.

After J & M's wedding I thought Mary was beautiful regal and elegant.
A lot can happen in a week----and the ankle bracelet---I am not sure what to say.
Two different styles I suppose!! I like the first one better.

I believe that the actual wrap to Mary's pink gown was carried in her hand while that mint green cape was to protect against the awful weather -- a type of rain coat/cape thing. I mean, why let the weather damage that gown. I loved her red short dress and also the shoes and anklet. Why not bring attention to those legs (whether you approve of the ankle braclet or not) it sure got people looking and talking. Good for her.

They were for two completely different occasions. One a gala formal wedding, the other a fun night with friends celebrating. You could hardly expect Mary to turn up in a gala gown for Saturday nights party?? The ankle bracelet is a fun addition for a fun event. Why not highlight those cool shoes and hot legs? I doubt she wears it everyday.

What it was? It was devine - pure and simple. Gorgeous and daring colour combination

Lots of photos from Sat, including this one of Amber. A shot just for Marengo and Lucien.

I loved it too! I am sure most ladies do not have many gala length trench coats in many colors, and this one with the pink gown was just delicious! Loved the dress with the ankle bracelet. The pink/coral color is just beautiful with her coloring. My hubby thinks a woman with an ankle bracelet on is just too sexy. With those legs she can pull it off. WOW She pulled out all the stops this weekend and was a huge success in every way. CPF looked very proud to escort this beautiful lady at his side.

My opinion: Victoria was a bit boring, has always in my opinon, wearing brown or red and too simple dresses nothing special, Mette in my opinion doesn't know what suits her and those kind of too short baby dool dresses doesn't suit her at all in my opinion, Pavlos girlfriend was lovely, has she was in Maries wedding also!!!! Carina was also very well dressed and very beautiful, her dress kind of remind me one Mary has wore before!!! And Mary was the best, her dress is very beautiful, it suits her very welll, the colour the pattern, the size very fashionable and update, the best choice, also her sandals were lovely!

Ah, I forgot, they took on the title of Dukes of Castro recently and luckily dropped the title of Dukes of Calabria. Isn' t the couple friends with Prince Henrik by the way?
