and while there have been a number of articles regarding this event, Danish Sustainability Day in Rio; so far the DRF pr have dropped the ball by not including any pictures from this event in their website or social media
again its the "suit-and-tie" events

a few more articles. the danish Pavilion has made a big impact. Not only was the crown prince present but also various Danish and Brazilian ministers
https://di.dk/dibusiness/nyheder/Pag...a-Ipanema.aspx
"Precisely here met business and growth minister Troels Lund Poulsen, HRH Crown Prince Frederik, Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen and a series of large Danish companies - with representatives of the Brazilian authorities and the City of Rio Monday to tell and show what Denmark can be compared to public-private partnerships.
Business and Growth Minister Troels Lund Poulsen, explains that the Brazilian authorities are very interested in sustainable development and energy efficiency solutions, including in relation to their water sector and infrastructure. And here, Danish companies have much to offer."

Crown Prince Frederik has today held the weekly public audience at Christiansborg Palace.

CP Frederik is Denmark's regent these weeks, while the Queen is out of the country.

Offentlig audiens | Kongehuset

(The DRF's court has off course not bothered to add Frederik's name in the calender at today's audience.....)

the DRF court again failing to update and properly include Frederik in these type of events. He has been regent from August 22 until September 3rd, of course he alone held the audience today.

well at least we got on article and pictures of the participants
"It was Crown Prince Frederik, who welcomed people who today came in audience to thank for orders and medals "

Summary of article in Billed Bladet #35, 2016.
Written by our man on the course, the Ken Richter.

Having more or less just returned from Rio, Frederik went to Northern Jutland to take part in celebrity-part of the golf-tournament Made in Denmark for which Frederik is patron.
The primus motor behind the tournament is the owner of the discount bedlinen-chain Jysk, Lars Larsen. In DK better known as Duvet-Larsen.

Frederik actually did pretty good, despite: "Some of my play suffered from jet-lag".
It's the third time starts this tournament and he'll be happy to show up again.

Suits, lots of bland suits. But Frederik at least is wearing a youthful suit.

Thanks for the pics, Polyesco. Frederik's suit is well tailored and well fitted, for a change. Usually the jackets are too tight and the pants too long. The pants are still a little long, but the jacket fits beautifully. Maybe he's been going to Joachim's tailor.

delighted to see new centre in Frederiksberg; when I visited CPH 2 years ago I spend a week on Finsenvej thanks to AIR BandB so I know the area fairly well. I rented a bike as the University of Copenhagen is quite close, so that I am certain this new facility will be well used. Bravo

I hope he hasn't... Most of the time, Joachim looks like he stepped out from the 1930's. His suits and jackets look so very big.

In general, Frederik dresses much more contemporary.
The "too tight" looking jackets and slim pants have been around for the some years now in the shops and magazines.

He was indeed a very popular man.

The article, that is written in Ulrik Ulriksen's usual flowery style, says people applauded when he arrived and that he was the last to give a speech. The first speeches were from a manuscript and pretty dry (read: boring) while Frederik improvised a few words and as such talked straight to the audience - rather than giving a speech. That was very appreciated, our reporter reports.

Thanks, Iceflower.

The town of Esbjerg is the main hub in the DK offshore industry and service. - Both in regards to oil and gas as well as windmill-parks.
