As far as I know she didn't make a speech. I think this is more of a research visit in relation to her visit to Slovenia for WHO's European Immunization Week later this month.

Thanks for the clip GT, although I didnt understand anything other than what Mary herself said, I found it interesting, and am amused that they interspersed the story with photos.
