If you mean who is ayah bint Feisal,then she is the niece of the actual King Of Jordan.
She is the daughter of Prince Feisal

That's not true. Number of princes / princesses in Jordan is very limited and confined to the direct descendants of the kingdom's founder the late Abdullah I. The exceptions are the son and grandchildren of the late Prince Zeid bin Hussein & family members who were granted HRH title by a Royal Decree.
