It was a great event for Dutch Royals, but i don't understand why Princess Irene not attend?Anyone know why?But was that her daughter Margarita there?I would love to see what would Princess Irene wear if she was there, cauz she is also an elegant and classic look in Dutch Royal Family.

I've been wondering the same thing HMQueenElizabethII.
Yes, her daughter Margarita and son Jamie attended. Even her ex-husband attended ... but no Irene.

I think she attended Maxima and Mabel's Weddings, i think that maybe she would have been sick or sth like that cauz her daughter, and even her ex-husband also attended maybe in represented for her.

What a beautiful wedding! While Anita's dress is similar to Princess Claire's (as everyone has been saying), the lace design never grows tired in my book. It's classic, and won't go out of fashion like Mabel's bow 'design'. It's just beautiful! The veil is stunning. A very happy couple indeed. I was surprised by what the bridesmaids wore (only because it's not what I usually see bridesmaids wearing), but they look amazing. The ruffled edges and the pale green look very nice together. Thank you to everyone who took the time to post photos. :)

Princess Irene has attended all duth royal weddings, she was absent from this one because she was in South Africa, lecturing.
