So far the guests that have been confirmed for the April 12th wedding of Laurent and Claire are the following: Victoria and Madeline of Sweden, Grand Duke Henri, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, Prince Guillaume, and Princess Sibilla of Luxembourg. There's a possibility of the attendance of Prince Jean, Princess Marie-Astrid and Princess Margaretha.

The following bridesmaids will attend Prince Laurent and Miss Claire Coombs during the wedding ceremonies on 12 April 2003 :
- Princess Luisa Maria, daughter of Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz, niece of Prince Laurent, - Miss Emma Grant, daughter of Mr and Mrs Steve Grant, niece of Miss Coombs, - and Miss Clothilde de Meulenaere, daughter of a friend of Prince Laurent. Also, the Duke and Duchess of Palma have been removed from the guest list.

The bride seemed more at ease on her special day than the groom. He seemed so ill at ease but when he was crying, I thought that was very cute. My only complaint: he should have ditched those glasses. They make him look soooo sinister!

I agree that Claire (now Princess Claire) looked very much at ease and that Laurent looked nervous. Claire looked very sweet in her gown, veil and tiara. I am working on some more photos, so stay tuned!

From Hello! Magazine... The gown: Although details of the bridal gown have been kept top secret, royal watchers believe the dress will be created by Edouard Vermeulen. The prestigious designer was responsible for the wedding dresses of both Princess Mathilde and Princess Laurentien, the wife of Prince Constantine of the Netherlands. It has been confirmed that Claire will wear a vintage veil of Brussels lace which was worn by three generations of royal brides, beginning with Queen Paola's grandmother Laura Mosselman du Chenoy in 1877. The veil will be paired with an antique tiara, a gift from the king and queen. A debate as to which tiara Claire is wearing is currently going on over at RJ (Royal Jewels). So, for now it is an unknown tiara. The cathedral..... About the floral arrangements: from Hello! Magazine.... The flowers: Floral arrangements will be designed by Les Floralies Gantoises – the Gant Flower Show – the minds behind the blooms for the wedding of the groom's brother Prince Phillipe and his wife Princess Mathilde. It is a shame that the Corbis watermark is stamped across the photos. I would imagine that within days we will be able to get photos without watermarks....finger's crossed. :P
