All of the Queen's sons are married and now all of Princess Margriet's sons are married, but Christina and Irene's children have yet to marry, sons and daughters.
Margarita (daughter of Irene) has been married and is now divorced, but she may get married again in the future.
And Carlos (son of Irene) has a son born from a previous relationship but he is not married.
And I understand that Juliana Guillermo is dating a trainer but I am not sure how long that relationship has been going on.
So with Irene's four children (Carlos, Margarita, Marie-Carolina and Jaime) and Christina's three children (Juliana, Bernardo, and her other son whose name escapes me at the moment), we can expect to see about seven more weddings in the coming years!

For a minute there I didn't think Maxima was wearing a hat...I thought that was apart of her hair (when you look at a pic from the front.)....I didn't realize it was a hat until I made the picture larger!
I like Aimee's dress....its very pretty, simple classic....something she can look back at in 20yrs & not cringe at it because she went with the current "trend". But I have to ask....is she trying to bring back the 1960s & 1970s? First the outfit on her Civil Wedding Day & then the hair in this one (just from looking at it on the side under the veil)....it looks like it was a beehive hairdo!

Great pics Ropura!
What is with the small hat that Princess Mabel is wearing? Her outfit made me cringe (I literally shuddered when I saw it)! Princess Laurentien is very blue. How can they go out looking like this!!

It'd be great to see more Weddings coming in more years of Ducth Royals, as i really like to see DUtch Royals Weddings too, but i dont think Weddings of Princess Irene and Christina's children will be much like more attention from people like Weddings of The Queen and Princess Margriet's children as they have no roles in The Royal Family anymore and not many people know them i think so.

You're probably right, HMQueenElizabethII. Even we Dutch people don't see much of Irene's and Christina's children...
A pity, because I love to see a good wedding... :(

The tangerine and pink color of Amiee's outfit make me think of orange sherbet. That is a good thing! The texture of the fabrics are so very eye catching. Love the bouquet lots of color white ones look so similar. Amiee really reminds me of Jackie Kennedy. I hope that Amiee will bring back the pill box hat style. I've had it with the Dr. Seuss lopsided stove pipe hat look!

I love Maxima, and she can carry off even the most unusual outfits! For this one, though, I think the coat would have looked better either in a solid color or without the heavy beading, together they are too much. Hate the plaid turban hat (though it does frame her face prettily), very old lady-ish, and from a side view it looks like its about to fall off. On the plus side: the fit is very nice, showing off her rapidly slimming figure. Lovely makeup, hair, and of course smile.
My favorite bad outfit: Irene - what's with the pink boa? I guess it picks up the pink in the strange skirt.
O maybe my favorite bad outfit is Mabel: goth and unflattering.
I like Marilene's coat, just thought the pompom hat was funny.
Aimee - lovely: lovely face, simple, perfectly fitting top with a lovely flare to the skirt. Though I would have changed the neckline. A previous poster suggested a boat neckline and I think that would have looked better too.
My favorite outfit (after the bride) is probably Aimee's mom's outfit: soft pink color, soft plaid, great pearls, flattering hat.

Do any of you think the skirt of Amiee's dress looks a bit like Sophie Wessex's?
It has that coat dress feel.

Hey Emily, I just found out the info on Aimee's mom.
she actually works for the government of Naarden conducting civil wedding cermonies! (what a fun job btw) Aimee was asked at the press conference if she considered having her mom officiate at the ceremony. she said they'd talked about it but her mom strongly prefered to just attend the wedding as mother of the bride.:)

I couldnt agree more. pillboxes are so classic and they look good on pretty much all women. I wish they'd be more widely worn. from that perspective, its a pity they are so strongly associated with Jackie.
fyi: i loved maxima's turban! i liked that it was made of the same fabric as her suit (in contrast to anita;s hat which seemed to have no connection to the rest of her outfit). plus its really different. its nice to see her sampling a broad variety options.

Purple Platinum, yep, that definitely looks like princess Christina's sons. On this picture, you can see one of them (Bernardo? Or the other one? Names?!)

I hadn't seen pictures of these two in years! And my, have they become handsome! Together with their gorgeous sister Juliana jr., they certainly are an intriguing trio! Does anyone know where they currently live, what they do, whether they have girlfriends, etc?
