Lady Sarah wears the Snowdon Floral Tiara which is a diamond floral tiara that can be broken up and used as brooches. Lord Snowdon gave this tiara to Prinrcess Margaret, Sarah's mother as a wedding gift in 1960.

such a beautiful bride.
but i guess all brides are bound to be beautiful and stunning on their wedding days. =)

Thanks lots everybody.Great photos.Lady Sarah Chatto is so lovely.

yes,i know Lady Sarah rarely make up so much. She has kept away from the press.Maybe she does not want to make up so much. But she looks lovely natural beautiful.

The things we do not like Lady Sarah often choose the black or dark colour to wear in her daily life. It's not only after her mother's death it has been before before. And she also has a few hats.Maybe 3-4 hats.

My impression of Sarah is that she's a very, very low-key individual and is quite a down to earth person. She performs no royal duties and is (I think) a stay at home mom. Sarah really has no need for a huge wardrobe, and not a huge selection of hats the way the Queen, Anne or Sophie might need as they are working royals who represent the royal family on a daily basis. Sarah's few appearances with her aunt the Queen and the rest of the royal family are purely family occasions rather than official occasions -- eg. funerals, going to church services at Easter and Christmas time. As for the dark clothes, maybe she likes dark clothing and the way it looks on her.

Nice photos! Sarah has always been one of the really classy royals.

Minor nitpick - Sophie wasn't Sophie Wessex back in 1994; she didn't get married to Prince Edward till 1999. She was Sophie Rhys-Jones then.

Thanks Elspeth, I'll make the change.

Sophie's hat makes her head look fat.

sophie's hat looks like part of an riding habit, and her skirt is very short

Lady Sarah has always been one of my favorites: a very classy and sincere woman.

She was one of the loveliest brides I've seen as well!

Thank you for the pictures :):)

I absolutely adore the bridemaid's dresses. They are so simple, and the lovely white color of the dress contrasts and stands out against the grayness of the pavement and London weather. I guess you wouldn't expect less from someone who had served as chief bridesmaid/attendent at two previous important royal weddings.

Lady Sarah is a painter, not a stay at home mom. She's exhibited some of her work, and some can be seen on the internet. I must admit I'm not a fan of her artwork, but someone once told me that's fairly successful, so it must just not be to my taste.

I must confess I am a big fan of this generation of British Royal Family. The way I see it Sarah and Daniel, Serena and David and Helen and Tim they all choose to make their Royal Wedding a personal and intimate affair. This generation is not so formal as their parents' generation and not so informal as the next generation. So when I refer to them I say they are "the equilibrated members of British Royal Family" ;) .

And I've always kept this pictures as cherished moments of elegance, nobility and good taste.

And in some details of the cerimony you can see that this, in case of Sarah, fragile-looking Lady made her point about what she wanted for her own wedding.

If you feel that I am boring you in posting this "old" pictures please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Regards.

Sarah and Daniel wedding was attended by the British Royal Family, with exception to Dukes of York.

The bride choose not to have Royal Carriage, Red Carpet or Sound of Bells ringing.
The cerimony only took 30 minutes and the newlyweds caught everyone by surprise leaving the church unannounced. Even the driver wasn't at his place which made the couple laugh while waited for the car to show.

The church was chosen by the couple that wanted a romantic and intimate place to get married. Only 200 people could attend to their wedding, and the children were not invited due to the dimensions of the place.

The wedding gown was designed byJasper Conran, the bride's favourite designer, who also designed the bridesmaids dresses.

The bridesmaids were: Lady Frances Armstrong-Jones, Zara Philips and Tara Noble Singh.

The groom was so worried about being pontual that arrived to church 1 hour and half before the beggining of cerimony.

The bride entered the church under the sound of religious himn "Ye Holy Angels Bright".
The cerimony was adapted from the "Book of Common Prayer" of 1928. Still the bride didn't promisse to obey her husband nor to adore him with her body.
The musics played during the cerimony were "Jesus Shall Reign Where'er The Sun" and "Alleluia! Sing to Jesus".
After their marriage promisses the couple exchanged gold simple bands and after the blessing left the church.

Afterwards there was a reception at Clarence House which Diana didn't attend and didn't pose for the wedding official photo.

Their honeymoon was in Bombay.

mtbcm I dont think anyone is bored of the big, beautiful and older pictures you post. Lady Sarah is very classy and elegant and truely one of the most beautiful royal brides, thank you so much for all the wonderful wedding photos you post:)

I like her dress. I would have preferred a different head piece but the veil was nice. Her dress reminds me a lot of mette marits.

It was sweet to put her younger half-sister in so prominently.

I wonder if Zara will do the same for her half-sister.
