Nnaabagereka Sylvia Nagginda, 38, and the King of Uganda's 600-year-old Buganda Kingdom, King Ronald Mutebi, married in Kampala August 27, 1999. The King, resplendent in a crown and a blue and gold cape, married Sylvia, a British-born public relations executive, on Friday in a lavish ceremony watched by thousands. The marriage was the first royal wedding in Uganda for 50 years and caps the restoration of the 600-year-old kingdom.
