I have to say I never get tired of watching videos of the wedding on Youtube or looking at pictures... the whole wedding was so amazing and the love between those two is simply heartwarming

I've noticed that Victoria that some green plant on her hair then I found out that it is Danish/Swedish royal tradtion to hide a green myrtle in your veil.

The story behind the green plant is; When Princess Margaret of Connaught married Prince Gustaf (VI) Adolf in 1905, she brings a myrtle-plant to Sweden, from England.

Both her mother, Princess Margaret Luise of Prussia, and Margaret herself wore myrtle as decorations on their wedding dresses. The plant as Sweden's new princess took to the new country were planted since the Prince couple's summer residence Sofiero in the southern part of Sweden.

When Margaret's daughter, Ingrid, then married the Danish Crown Prince Frederik she wanted to celebrate the tradition of myrtle tied to the bride in any way.

At their wedding in the Cathedral in May 1935 bore Princess Ingrid a specially bound bridal crown of myrtle. Denmark's new crown princess and later queen, then took with him a plant from his mother's myrtle in Sweden, which she planted in the gardens at Fredensborg Palace.

Since then, the historical tradition handed down by Danish and Swedish royal brides who had myrtle in their veils and bridal bouquets.

Crown princess victoria's wedding was sweet and beautiful seeing the royals together on the balcony and the use of her cousins and godchildren were cute

I just watched the wedding DVD again.

There was this person who announced the speeches at the dinner.
Before Daniel´s speech he said:

"Love is patient, love is kind.
It is also forgiving.
We´ll now get a direct report from the Seventh Heaven.
I´ll give the world to his royal highness, prince Daniel"

So obviously Daniel had told him what to say... This is something that we didn´t hear at the live coverage.

THERE'S A DVD OF THIS WEDDING!!! I might have to run to Amazon to get this one! Victoria truly looked so happy on her wedding day, the happiest I have ever seen of any royal bride.

I always wonder the process that took place when a sketch ends up looking different when the dress is actually made.
Anyway, Victoria's dress is not my favorite, but there is a beauty in its simplicity.

I watched it on you tube and I loved it both Victoria and Daniel looked so happy and getting into the boat was a nice touch and romantic and the boat rowing to the palace all of it was beautiful. Using her godchildren was cute.
