After watching the video I'm certain that she wore the same wedding tiara as her cousin Princess Amelia. That surprises me, to be hones. I expected the Ligne Bandeau which was worn by so many members of her family. But she looked lovely with this tiara.

Congratulations to the couple!
The bride looked lovely. The veil is unusual. Is it heirloom?

So they are Standesgemäß.

In some Royal House, like Prussia, the norm is to marry Standesgemäß, it is not at all needed to marry Ebenbürtig there. The marriage of the late Prince Louis-Ferdinand of Prussia with Countess Donata zu Castell-Rüdenhausen was Standesgemäß and therefore dynastic. The marriage of their son Prince Georg Friedrich with Princess Sophie von Isenburg is seen as Standesgemäß and therefore dynastic.

So we need to know what exactly is the requirement for a dynastic marriage in the House of Brazil. Is that an Ebenbürtige marriage (strictly equal) or is it "only" required to marry Standesgemäß ?
Thank you for this. Yes. I believe the term for Standesgemäß in English is "suitable"... which, incidentally, was the standard cited when Prince Charles married the late Diana, Princess of Wales. Unlike the marriage of his parents, Prince Charles's marriage to Lady Diana Spencer was not Ebenbürtig, but it was Standesgemäß... "suitable." By contrast, some sovereign or mediatised families - e.g., the House of Württemberg - require Ebenbürtigkeit for the marriage to be considered dynastic.

Prince Jean-Christophe Napoleon is quite dashing. It is nice to see Prince Amedeo and his spouse attending the wedding and surprising to see a Japanese lady among the guests. Princess Elisabetta looked a bit disheveled though.

Congratulations to the couple and to their families

The bride was stunning. I absolutely love her veil, I love the old traditional mantilla style veils. The detail in them, including hers, are stunning. The sleeves off the dress look a bit different, but the dress overall is stunning

Thank you I love when we see royal brides in family veils. Nice touch to wear a tiara from her mother's side and a veil from her father's

So from what I see from Belgium we have Astrid's bunch, well at least Amedeo and Laura, as well as Claire and Laurent with their kids.
