I picked Queen Letizia for May 8 and May 11. And my third pick is Crown Princess Mette Marit. I think Letizia is very stylish and she always looks good in whatever she wears. She has a lovely fashion sense, and I think she wears both dresses so well. I also like Letizia in the May 12 pale skirt and top ensemble. She looks so well pulled together, elegant and at ease.
I love the modified poncho that Mette Marit is wearing on May 10, with the black pants with flared bottom and heels. The poncho with side buttons is very unique and Marit looks so stylish and pulled together wearing it. Such a good fit on her as well.
My fourth choice is Queen Raina May 14, in the casual elegant white pants with gold top and the silver shoes; fifth choice is Duchess of Cambridge May 11, in the pulled together powder blue suit dress with it's perfectly draped folds; sixth choice is Princess Sofia May 10 in the lovely wide-tapered white pants and unusual gray shawl-shouldered top; 7th choice is Queen Rania May 8 in the striped b&w skirt with white blouse.
I'm surprised to see HGD Stephanie's red ruffled dress in the lead. I would have it further down in my standings behind my 7th choice Queen Mathilde May 10 who looks so lovely in the colorful pink & white ensemble with gray pants, and also behind my 8th choice Duchess of Cornwall in the elegant pale mauve dress suit on May 9, and 9th choice Duchess of Cambridge in the white dress on May 13. So HGD Stephanie would probably be my 10th choice, or maybe in 11th behind Duchess of Cornwall's white dress suit ensemble of May 10.
I think that the Duchess of Cornwall and Queen Elizabeth always dress neatly, beautifully and generally look good in their attire which suit their maturity and individual body types. They get good advice from their stylists/ designers. What QE is wearing on May 9 doesn't stand out as much as her outfits usually do because she generally wears more color. However, the white suit does have nice details and is attractive on her as always.
My top three picks stand out for me because Letizia and Mette are wearing the outfits, not the other way around. And they look elegant, stylish and comfortable. Plus, I love the unique choices (in print, cut and fit for Letizia, and in styling and flair for Mette). My other top choices also demonstrate elegance, comfort, and unique touches that stand out.
Princess Alexandra in the pants ensemble on May 10 looks neat, but nothing really stands out in a unique or stylish way, so I wouldn't have her on my list, though she would be over a number of other ladies who don't have any votes. I think HGD Stephanie's ruffled red dress looks good on her and it fits well, but it doesn't appeal to me that much. It seems too much for a daywear occasion.
From this sampling, I think Letizia and Rania, as well as Duchess of Cambridge, Mette Marit and Sophia are probably the most stylish and fashionable younger ladies of the group. Queen Mathilde, Queen Elizabeth, and Duchess of Cornwall are perhaps the most stylish older ladies.
